The problem crosses data, technology, suppliers and the operation, so it keeps falling between teams. I frame it, find the evidence, build or lead the working solution and make the handover explicit.

A decision that separates evidence from assumption. A practical delivery route with named owners and dependencies. A working result that people can use. Governance proportionate to the risk. A client team that is less dependent on outside help when the engagement ends.
If the work needs deep cyber, regulated model validation or a large engineering organisation, I will say so and bring in the right specialist rather than stretch the claim.
